AOS is excited to announce the addition of Jenn Pavicich as its new Vice President of People and Business Operations. 

Jenn brings over 18 years of experience, including her previous role of Vice President, People, Legal and Administration for Collective Arts Brewing, where she supported the CEO/Co-founder in the delivery of the company’s objectives and mandate and was the lead custodian of the culture and employee experience. Jenn’s experience includes both private and public professional services as well as start-up environments. She is passionate about creating people-first cultures and ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently.

AOS is very motivated to enable the team to focus on delighting our customers. To do that we do have opportunities to improve our processes to make aspects easier for the team to be better stewards to our clients. Jenn will partner with AOS Leadership to advance the company’s mission, values, and strategy priorities.
