Warm AOS Welcome to Thomas Dinkha!

Introduction

Hello! My name is Thomas Dinkha, and I'm excited to share my journey with you as I embark on a thrilling new chapter with AOS. You might be surprised to learn that I've been an avid follower of AOS for quite a while, even being one of their earliest supporters on social media. I was only 14 years old at the time. Why, you might ask, would a teenager follow a B2B company that specializes in Xerox printers? Well, the answer lies close to home—my sister, Nivin, worked there!

This personal connection gave me a unique insight into AOS’s dynamic culture and its leadership, which inspires and drives every team member to excel. I’ve seen firsthand how AOS fosters a supportive and high-performing environment, and I’m thrilled to now be a part of it myself.

Education

A little about me—I'm a recent graduate from Niagara College, where I specialized in Business Administration and Marketing. This educational journey was pivotal in shaping my future career choices. Many of my professors had rich backgrounds in sales, and their insights and experiences deepened my appreciation for the field. College wasn't just about academics; it was where I met some incredible people who have become lifelong friends and mentors. I’m fortunate to have professors who are just a message away, always ready to offer advice and support.

Work Experience

Originally, I was torn about pursuing post-secondary education. Growing up, my world revolved around my family's business, Warda Ready Food—a B2B food manufacturing company. From the age of 8, I was immersed in the business, compensated handsomely with McDonald Happy Meals and any toy of my choosing. After high school, my inclination was to dive deeper into the family business, but at the encouragement of my family, I chose to expand my horizons through formal education. This decision turned out to be incredibly rewarding, providing me with invaluable experiences and opportunities.

Working in the family business was like a dream come true for any student. I had the chance to experiment with every aspect of the business—from marketing and demand generation to product management. However, it was the thrill of sales that captivated me the most. This role not only honed my skills but also ignited a passion for meeting new people and forging meaningful relationships.

Conclusion

As I step into my role at AOS, I'm filled with anticipation for the challenges and triumphs ahead. I'm committed to bringing my passion for sales and relationship-building to the forefront, aiming to contribute significantly to our growth and success. I invite you to follow along and join me in this exciting journey. Together, we'll explore the endless possibilities that AOS and the future hold.
